House budget bill would lead bottom income quintile to lose ~4% of their income on average ($800), but top percentile would see their incomes rise 4% (nearly $70,000).

If it becomes law, the "budget bomb" the House passed this week would add $4-5 trillion to our deficit, take $1.1 trillion from the pockets of those who cant afford health care & food to give to those who can afford to fly first class and kill key energy & industrial competitiveness policies.
