Please read and share my latest piece about the abuses of the pardon power in the @nytimes.com.
“Americans deserve an impartial assessment of all the misuses of the pardon power that we have seen from presidents of both parties,” Liz Oyer, a former Department of Justice pardon attorney, writes.
Opinion | This Was the Year Trump Wrecked the Pardon Process
Anyone who wants to live in a safe, fair and free country should be alarmed.

Jared Kushner is back at the center of Trumpworld, mixing foreign policy, war zone “reconstruction,” and massive media deals. From Middle East negotiations to a bid for CNN, the conflicts of interest are staggering and the stakes could not be higher.

James Talarico: Frankly I am tired of the ‘thoughts and prayers’ rhetoric from our leaders.

There is something profoundly cynical about asking God to solve a problem that we're not willing to solve ourselves.

The time for thoughts and prayers is over. It's time for us to act.

They say “election integrity.”
But the pattern says something else.
Federal election “observers.” Redrawn maps. Trump’s third-term talk.
Same playbook. New language.
From Federal “Election Observers” to a Third Term
