My weighted vest came yesterday; I went for a 30 minute walk with it on.. PHEW I was so tired afterwards .. but walking everyday is definitely working, because I can definitely feel the inches coming off

I’m rewatching the last kingdom and they really made a great choice in casting David Dawson as Alfred, he was my favorite character in this show.. show really wasn’t the same with out him
