Bir mahkeme salonu vardı, kapıları gerçeğe kapalıydı. Boğaziçi protestolarını izlerken gözaltına alınan gazeteci Can Öztürk ve 14 öğrenci yargılandı. Basın içeri alınmadı, savunma kesildi. Yer vardı; şeffaflığa yoktu. Bu dava, kimin konuşabileceğinin sınandığı bir eşik.
