We’ve just published a new blog all about one of our favourite towns: Moreton-in-Marsh. From hidden gems and cosy cafés to why it’s such a great base for exploring the Cotswolds.

This year forget crowded restaurants and set menus. Think beautiful views, picturesque villages, and a day that gives you time to talk.
The Cotswolds in Feb is quietly romantic — fewer crowds and crisp winter views -, Perfect for couples who prefer memories over chocs (or at least alongside them).

One of those moments where you just stop, look around, and take it all in.
This spot never fails to remind us why we love being out here, whatever the season.
Sometimes it’s not about rushing on, just standing together and enjoying the view - just look at that sky!

Our team day last Friday! We started with rum tasting at Shakespeare Distillery, and an incredible Greek mezze at El Greco. The day ended with drinks, laughs, and karaoke - we're not sharing pictures of that! Have a great weekend - Spaces on our Cotswolds Day tour tomorrow if you'd like to join!

The Cotswolds in winter is something truly special. January means much quieter villages, dramatic skies, and a slower pace that lets the beauty of the landscape really shine.
If you’re looking for a refreshing start to the year, our Cotswolds tours are the perfect escape.

Five stars, fabulous days, and unforgettable Cotswolds stories.
Huge thanks to our lovely guests — and to Jason for going above and beyond as always!
Who’s joining us next?

At Go Cotswolds, we keep our tours small, and not by accident.
Smaller groups mean better stories. Our guides share local history, hidden details and answer questions without rushing or shouting. They mean easier stops, from pulling into tiny villages to parking closer to the places you want to see.

Psst… got plans tomorrow?
Because we’ve just had a few last-minute spaces open up on our Cotswolds in a Day tour!
Think charming villages, rolling countryside, photo stops galore and zero planning on your part — we’ve got it all covered.

We recently welcomed a very special couple on a Go Cotswolds tour. The question was popped outside the famous Tolkien doors at St Edward’s Church in Stow-on-the-Wold — and she said yes!
Huge congratulations to the happy couple, and thank you for letting Go Cotswolds be part of such a special moment

Winter mornings at the Rollright Stones are so beautiful!
Who knew 5,000-year-old rocks could look this magical in the winter sun?

(are we allowed to spend the rest of December just posting beautiful Cotswolds views like this? 😉)

Winter magic in the Cotswolds!
There’s something truly enchanting about the Cotswolds in winter. Cosy villages dusted in frost, rolling hills wrapped in soft winter mist, and historic stone cottages glowing in the low winter sun.

Bourton-on-the-Water’s iconic Christmas tree doesn’t stand on a green — it rises straight from the river. Anchored into the River Windrush by locals, it has water flowing around its base, creating a magical reflection and making it one of the most unique Christmas trees in the UK.
