On the anime front I actually watched more donghua last month as I finally caught up with Heaven Official's Blessing and Link Click. Next I have all 3 seasons of Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation to see. I'm slowly getting into the xianxia genre, which is very up my alley.

I'm finally done with new entries in N5 Japanese grammar as I crammed a lot during the holiday break. It was more difficult than expected, but I'm settling in with reviews and doing well. Especially the attached were hard before my brain finally clicked. I will take a small break before starting N4.

Blue Lock anime is soo good. Best sports horror I’ve ever watched lol. Seriously the ending of the season was insane.

I got a lucky gacha day yesterday. Even though I'm currently not playing them actively I've got Sunday in HSR to get my Jing Yuan team online, then I pulled Miyabi in ZZZ. I need to find some time to catch up with both. Amazing games.

I reached Diamond in Honor of Kings, which means people can now ban my characters. With Augran getting 8% ban rate I checked who else I can play. To my surprise new char Mi Yue is not only a good jungler, but also S tier in Clash Lane which is my other lane of choice. Two birds with one stone lolol.

Today I learned... "Viking (バイキング) in Japanese means Smörgåsbord, which is a range of open sandwiches and delicacies served as hors d'oeuvres."

I recently started learning Japanese N5 grammar. I thought it's super late considering how far I've got with the kanji and vocab (WK30), but it's exactly where I would advise people to start. I can read all the sample sentences and focus on the grammar itself rather than keep checking the vocab.

Dandadan is so unique. Visually interesting with emotional voice acting and bizarre story. It’s no fun and games though. Episode 7 will crush you. 😭

Super stoked for Legend of the 5 rings new content plan. Art book, video game, 2 new board games and a continuation of the storyline in comic books/ novels. It’s such a wonderful franchise and deserves more recognition.

Genius Invokation Tcg is actually a really good card game. I hope miHoYo will keep investing into it, give us in-game ladder and a tournament circuit. There are already fan tournaments happening every weekend. 👀

It’s insane how different Lego Masters US is compared to LM Australia. They feel like two opposite shows where one focuses on the Lego and other on the people 😱

Mushoku Tensei is so good, but also so fkn hard to recommend. How am I ever going to tell someone “hey watch this show, but… well… yeah…”. It’s like.. an isekai anime for adults, but it’s high quality! Very creepy, but the animation and world building are 10/10! 😓😓😓

While on the One Piece anime topic I CAN’T wait for episode 1071. The hype is real and feels like a historic moment is upon us!

I didn’t have high hopes for the One Piece card game when it got announced, but now it’s one of the coolest and most affordable TCGs out there. I can recommend it to anyone who likes the anime or likes collecting/ playing tcgs.
