My psychiatrist gave me a book reading assignment that's this hot new study on seasonal depression.
So far it is quite literally just, "did you think about nice things in winter though? Sometimes there's hot chocolate."

Update on Bank of America: They called because of this post. And then transferred me 3 times and put me on hold for 40 minutes. As you can see from the timestamp, it has not been a quick call. Alas, at this time, there is nothing they can do.
