In my travels across the province I came upon this old forgotten grave:
The April 1914, S.S. Newfoundland sealing disaster where 77 of the 132 sealers died on the ice, while many of the survivors lost one or more limbs to frostbite

Another new year started off with a clear head and a healthy body.
Although I still enjoy a good glass of wine and the odd beer I’ve learned to keep it in moderation, and I’m all the better for it.
