Something I started doing recently that does wonders for my mental health: mute my work email when I’m off
I never get important emails on the weekends, but the tons of non-important emails drive me bananas
They’ll be there on Monday 🤷♀️

My attending went to get me something to drink and there was a PT next to me and I said “I am really pregnant and I really really don’t feel good”
And then all of a sudden I was being taken care of by lots of people (I begged them not to call a rapid and they didn’t 🙌)
