Gluten free tea biscuits.

Trying to experiment with Gluten free flour, even though I'm not the best at making Gluten free products... I've only done so once from a specific class from college.

The result is... well, just look at them! They're just adorable!

Caramel Apple pies, Scotish Shortbread, and Salted Caramel sauce.

Apologies about the pie crust, as it didn't want to cooperate and Mom's a bit embarrassed about it...

But the pies are made with Macintosh apples and Caramel sauce I made from a recipe I often use.

Pumpkin Pies.

It's Thanksgiving over here in Canada, so using pie pumpkins, Mom and I made pumpkin pie for this occasion.

We had a couple of small ones as well, but they got eaten before I could add them into the photo.

Made these last night because I completely forgot to put these in here. But this is my own personal cookie recipe I made back when I was high school, and have been tweaking with ever since.

I just wish mini M&Ms weren't so expensive.

Okay, I was in all honestly not expecting the pies to be as popular as they got.

So I took as a sign, and because I had leftover pie dough, and made more. This time with a bigger Apple/Blackberry Pies and Pie crust Cookies

Peach Pie

Made at the same day as the peach and blueberry tarts.

Used a cobbler topping I have a personal recipe for, for this pie and it turned out pretty good. Needs whipped cream or ice cream.
