There is less than a week left to tell the Trump administration that protecting access to health care for transgender youth is vital. Let's make it clear: decisions about a young person’s health care should rest with families and doctors – not politicians. Submit now: https://bit.ly/3ZvXK7W

Last week, government attorneys falsely claimed that no transgender servicemembers had been separated under Trump's military ban.

NCLR attorneys, together with @gladlaw.bsky.social, obtained evidence after the hearing disproving this claim and shared it with the court.

National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day is a reminder: we aren't lacking effective prevention tools – we are lacking equal access. Systemic barriers continue to keep options out of reach for many Black and LGBTQ+ people. We must fight stigma and ensure prevention tools are accessible to everyone.

The government claimed no transgender servicemembers had been discharged under the Trump administration's ban – but that’s not true. We wrote to the court to make sure the facts are clear. Courts need the facts to understand the real harm. @nclrights.bsky.social

Today is National Girls and Women in Sports Day – a time to celebrate the belonging and confidence school sports foster. Yet, transgender students are facing bans on participating. We hope the Supreme Court rejects these baseless bans so every student can learn, grow, and play with peers.

Recent arguments in our case challenging the transgender military ban made one thing clear: this policy is meant to push transgender servicemembers out simply because of who they are. Equal protection means equal opportunity – and we won’t stop fighting for that principle. https://bit.ly/3ZbfC7X
Skeptical judges grill Trump government lawyers on logic of ‘meaningless process’ in trans military ban
