Not going anywhere today. I may look out of the window in case I catch a glimpse of an ark floating by.

Calling all crafters on the island of Ireland! The knitting and Stitching show is in Lisburn this year and it looks like it's going to be a great line up.

I'll be there on Thursday and Sunday if anyone fancies a Bluesky meet up! #CraftSky #SewSky
There's nothing like leaving things to the last minute!

I'm busy prepping for the Knitting and Stitching Show. I'll be doing a demo of my jeans into skirt make with box pleats on Thursday.

If you're similarly last minute and don't have tickets yet LASTMINUTE will get you £4 off. 😊🪡🧵🧶

Spending the night in County Kildare. I went on 2 of the 5 motorways here. Nothing like UK motorways, quiet, no stress and free flowing. Seems strange to be in civilisation.

I complained about the Dunnes store in Bishopstown yesterday. It has been extended and renovated recently but they didn’t upgrade the toilet facilities/ broken seat, smelly and a very grubby floor. Sinks/doors were changed but that’s it. Bigger store but very little choice in the ‘ethnic’ isle. 1/2

Lunch had many plant points. 4 Rainbow slaw with carraway, tahini and apple cider dressing; tuna with scallions, red peppers and avocado in a homemade vegan mayo with dill and there’s a baked spud under there too.

Home alone. Mr A is out with the MG and having lunch with his car chums. Ive raided the fridge leftovers. Who knew left over roasties, sprouts and red cabbage could be so tasty sautéd in paprika and garlic.

Woken up in a terrible grump today. The foul weather doesn’t help. Sent Mr A out to the workshop for his own safety.

Since putting in the new kitchen I haven’t been able to use my old moka pot as we have an induction hob. Problem solved today when this beauty arrived, specifically for induction.
