TIL if you have a demo downloaded already on Steam and then you go to that game's store page and you keep trying to click 'Download,' it will overload your RAM and bluescreen your PC...

can't afford to spend money on the Sims or Sims 2 Legacy Collections? maybe you can't give up a full monitor to a game? might I suggest you instead spend $5.39 on My Little Life! a life-sim that lives at the bottom (or top or even corner) of your screen while you do other things!!

We are home safe! Things are looking better and I feel fortunate, but man am I tired of fire weather and hotels lol
I am safe, but we did evacuate as another fire broke out near where I live. I was able to grab some important things and we have Shandy with us. I had stayed home from work today from fatigue and I'm so lucky I was home when this happened to have time to pack up and prepare.

my whole adult life i've had friends near and far (mostly far) that i met through a streaming website i opened one day thinking nothing would come of it

every hotel room TV should have a sleep mode where the TV gets to a nice dim nightlight brightness and the volume is lowered just enough to be a nice background sound to lull you to sleep
