It’s was lovely welcoming pupils back after the long weekend! Lots of conversations about how everyone spent their time — relaxing, seeing friends & family, & recharging for the week ahead.

Belonging looks different for everyone, but it can strengthen mental health, relationships, & overall wellbeing. Feeling part of a community—at school, at home, or with friends—can make a real difference.

Time to Talk Day reminded us that saying ‘I’m fine’ isn’t always the whole story. Talking about how we feel helps us look after our mental health and support one another. We all have mental health, and open conversations make a difference. Let’s keep talking. #TimeToTalk #MentalHealthMatters

Sometimes we get hung up on Monday being a bad day, however Monday can be whatever we want it to be. New beginnings, new challenges & maybe even being a great day. Rethinking how we view things & not having preconceived ideas on something is such a useful tool for our wellbeing. 😁

☕️ It’s #BrewMonday! Put the kettle on, take a breath, & connect with others. This is exactly what Mrs Brown & Mrs Edwards have done at lunch. Sometimes the best thing you can do is stop & have a cuppa. If you ever need a chat then we’re here to listen in The Lighthouse. #YouAreNotAlone #MHMatters
