Last year, we reported that former OTB boss Henry Wojtaszek had hired his son.
This year, when Byron Brown took over, he issued reforms of the hiring process.
His administration did not follow those new rules in the hiring of Brown's brother-in-law.

Niagara County lawmakers approved him 10-5 vote Tuesday.
Unmentioned were the many scandals, investigations and audits, that occurred under his leadership as well.
