بحث وزیراعظم کے پاس اختیارات پر نہیں بلکہ ان اختیارات کو ناقدین کے خلاف قواعدو ضوابط کے برعکس استعمال پر ہے ۔ معصوم اور نہتے شہریوں پر بلاوجہ ظلم وبربریت کی اجازت دنیا کے کسی قانون میں کسے فرد یا ادارے کو حاصل نہیں۔

بحث وزیراعظم کے پاس اختیارات پر نہیں بلکہ ان اختیارات کو ناقدین کے خلاف قواعدو ضوابط کے برعکس استعمال پر ہے ۔ معصوم اور نہتے شہریوں پر بلاوجہ ظلم وبربریت کی اجازت دنیا کے کسی قانون میں کسے فرد یا ادارے کو حاصل نہیں۔
