I don’t get how BlueSky works. Why don’t get instant up to date posts? When I press on the butterfly it brings up posts from days ago.

I’m new to BlueSky. Obviously came here due to disgust with Twitter. It’s awful to admit but the “niceness” of BlueSky isn’t as compelling as the disgust that Twitter/X incited in me. Makes me realise how as humans we are rather drawn to the negative. Thoughts?
