I pride myself on inflicting the comic strip Alice on my father 3x per week (MWF) and we discuss it. I was disturbed today to know the lore behind the inscrutable “backsliding” caption. i was further disturbed to read @jfruh.bsky.social and learn that I am now a “real Alice fan”.

Still baffled by:

So at 2pm my wife heard from her hairdresser that she had found a kitten in her yard but couldn’t keep it. By 7:30pm we had picked her up and were on our way home. Life comes at ya fast
