2022 mid-term primary final turnout in Wake Co was 20%. For the 2024 presidential primary it was 25%. See chart, 4 of the first 5 days 2026 turnout for early voting well exceeded not only 2022 but also easily exceeded 2024 ! (this past Sunday with heavy rain it did not) #ncpol

In addition to partisan primaries today, City of Raleigh has a nonpartisan city council primary. 5 of Wake’s 12 early voting sites are in Raleigh, but Wake voters can choose any of the 12. Fun geography lesson - Northern Regional Center in Wake Forest is the closest EV site to 5 Raleigh precincts
