Its almost like a Government that believes in Government is best at governing. Another enormous boost for Labour.

If we can make poor peoples food like Tripe and Bone Broth and Oysters fashionable then surely we can do the same with Woolton Pie and Snoek.

The desperation among journalists to spin this into a story is ...desperate. 5pm! Saturday! What can it all mean!?

Yet another positive thing this Government has done. The cult of personality might be good for lazy journalists, headlines and Grifters but a very boring, competent, honest Govt is good for the rest of us. Much more of this please.

Hasnt Maria Bamford spent her whole career in an hilarious and unsparing account of herself. We need Judd Apatow to give us footnotes?

Im 98% with you - just need the Muppets and a Guest Star or two. Not sure we need the Human who isnt a Guest Star character that Seth Rogen is maybe playing? The Muppets are important stuff and Disney has fluffed a couple of revivals already.

The Bond St. shop has people hanging out in it and way more staff than it probably needs, like good shops in the 90s used to have. Last time i was in, an impeccably dressed oldish American was drinking whisky and talking about his paintings which were on display in a gallery over the road. Proper.

Archiv Productions are ridiculously cheap, even to import from Germany and have exactly the quality and precision you would want from a German label of the 1960s.

How annoying and unfair, and even more so when the whole system of Discogs is based on trust and mutual respect. On the thankfully few occasions ive had bad feedback without a valid reason, ive complained to discogs and theyve removed it.

The man selling me a ticket at the Tenement Museum in New York asked me 'Are you a Student or a Teacher', presumably to offer a discount, and i replied 'We're all students and teachers really arent we?' and he issued me a full price one.

Fabulous. my username on some forums as an ironic nod to the (also ironic) description of Sloper by himself as 'the cynosure of all eyes'. I believe the Sloping refers to his slipping away when the rent was due - which underlines your point about AI.
