I have been writing morning pages (from "The Artist's Way") since Oct 5th, with some breaks. I'm surprised at: 1) how much I look forward to it, and 2) how proud I am of my own shorthand. It looks nice!

Just remembered that Timeshifter recommends that I sleep from 9pm to 5am tonight, and then *8pm to 2am* tomorrow. 🤣 Just so I can have less jetlag in Pittsburgh.
