Suffering from the consequences of my actions (I dumped the clean laundry onto the bed so I would have to put them away before going to sleep and now I'm sleepy and have to put them away before I get to sleep)

Us having to move again is actually making me so stressed and anxious I feel like I'm gonna throw up every time my brain lets itself spiral into remembering it again. I can't stand this. No wonder I feel so shit mentally and physically all the time, humans are not built for this kind of stress

Also mum and dad have gone home now, it was such a lovely week with them and I miss them already 🥹💕 Forever grateful of them making these trips as well as how well they get along with my partner it just melts my heart seeing them all together having fun
