Crazy busy day at work ahead, not helped by our cat who has realised if she moves in front of our doorbell it alerts us. 2am this morning I was woken by the alert, I ignored because she has a bloody cat flap and I don’t want to encourage her. But it was incessant! So gave in in the end 😩

I reached the bottom of the laundry basket and did a little dance. Then, I shit you not. I came down and 20 has left me about 3 weeks worth of his laundry.
I am aware he can do this himself before anyone says. However I have a strict system that I don’t want him messing with.

Had that great news from 22, then 20 told me he’s been offered the opportunity to train to become a Gas engineer fully funded. This would be fab for him, so I’m really hoping it happens.

As much as I love wfh days, I always feel a bit crap by the end of them. Barely moved, stared at a screen for hours on end and not spoken to another adult all day. I think I need to maybe start having a lunch break and leave the house for a little bit to break the day up a bit.

Morning! WFH day, thankfully as I had a shite nights sleep thanks to a certain 3yo refusing to wear his pjs but then waking numerous times saying he was cold, but still refused to put his pjs on. Such fun.

The boys are watching tv. I saw in the corner of my eye H (10) laying his head on Beaus (3) lap. Thought it was so sweet & wondered what Beaus response would be… yep a few gentle slaps on h’s cheek. Even at 3 the sibling banter exists.

Dowoaded the Good Food App ad I use the website so much and it kept pushing me to do so. Went to use the app and it won’t give me any recipe without me paying for a subscription, yet on the website they are all free! Make it make sense.
