If @housedemocrats.bsky.social really wanted #UniversalHealthcare, they'd have started by being specific and letting it spread. Start with No child with Cancer has to pay medical bills. Then in crease the age of the child. Then say 'if we pay for cancer, surely we can fix a broken arm, etc...
