Pic 1 - Leeks in front and green onions in back. Leeks doing well. I'm going to try more green onions this weekend as they are meh.
Pic 2 - yellow and white onions. I didn't plant enough seed. Also trying more this weekend.

So this is my attempt to start pepper seeds in my window in my tiny MN apartment. There are 4 varieties in each jug, with the idea that once they are big enough to pot up individually. #gardening #Zone5 #VegetableGardening #UrbanGardening

Ok picked up more seed starting mix, picked up some dry fertilizer for my overwintered rosemary and some Alaska fish fertilizer to keep the onions going.

The smartest choice I made with my final peppers of the season was broiling, removing skins, food processing and then freezing ice cube trays of them. Adding them to stuff I make just for one is perfection. #VegetableGardening #gardening #UrbanGardening
