The criminal justice system failed to hold Trump accountable. It is not true that the powerful stand before the same bar of justice and no one is above the law.

I would have thought the same could be said about the next president of the United States, but alas
It shouldn't be too much to ask that the next FBI Director be able to pass an FBI background check.
Fundraising and profiting off people who attacked the peaceful transfer of power should be disqualifying. As the very lowest of low baselines.
