Photography, some urban but mostly nature / landscape. Edit in Affinity Photo, DxO and Nik software.
This baffled me and still does. Located 1100 m above sea level in Slovenia. It probably takes 3-4 hours to walk there (no roads) from the nearest village. And no sign of previous settlements closer to the church as far as I could see.

Here I'm pretty far from anything that can be called densely populated.

Medium sized king crab, northern Norway. It's an invasive species and can be freely caught west of Nordkapp. They taste delicious which is reflected in the price. The one in the picture probably cost €150 in the shop (maybe more).

A great black-backed gull discovered a dead northern gannet. Nothing is wasted in nature. Runde island, Norway.

I saw some 20 common cranes eating close to the road. I got out of my car and walked behind a wooded stretch. I didn't see them but I could hear their trumpet calls becoming louder and louder. Shortly thereafter they came flying quite close to me.

The european pied flycatcher is back in my garden. A delight to see and to hear him singing.

I've been photographing beech forests in the early spring for at least 15 years. And I'm still not happy with the results I've achieved so far. And worse, I don't know how to remedy it!

Last November I experienced a couple of astonishing sunrises on lake Vanern, Sweden. This photo gives you an idea of the intensity and the colors.

Crack a smile – it’s Easter!
These chickens were locally made and sold here in Gothenburg/Sweden by people with some kind of brain dysfunction.
According to the manager they get happy when somebody buys what they have made.
So I visit their little shop every now and then and usually buy something.

Chaotic, noisy and lots and lots of different things going on at the same time. And in the middle a nesting greylag goose. It is probably the safest place around to have a nest here because the black headed gulls immediately signals when danger appear.

Whooper swan. Birds always seem to see you long before you see them. This species has had a remarkable come back in Sweden.
