I haven't decided who to be here yet. I miss personalities, social media requires that we shed our personality and replace it with a brand. I have less than no aspiration to be a brand.
Six weeks. Total blockade for 2.3 million people. Have you read about it? Do we still have the freedom to talk about it? Are we allowed to know it? I doubt we can even keep track of the freedoms we have already lost in the last months.

Has anyone else noticed that the internet is not even interesting anymore? It's just an advertising portal for pointless and lame products no one needs. Or is it just me?

Believing in something first requires admitting it isn't real. If it were real, your belief wouldn't be required.

If facts are to be denied us, then it may be time to base our thinking on probabilities instead of certanties. Example: a "homeless" man was arrested by citizens for wandering around LA with a blowtorch near where one of the start points of the fires. So far that is all the evidence. This is real.

The billionaire mafia are working hard to disable social networking completely. Twitter was "X"ed and nobody I know saw the obvious (In the name). The platform was destroyed, now Facebook is being "X"ed surrendering fact for populism. It is class war. We are not fighting yet.

From what I see, FB & IG have a new algorithm which is flooding our feeds with (likely) AI built sites. 100% Garbage information, meaningless opinion pieces, and cheap clickbait. These outlets have surrendered completely.

It looks to me like the people are not going to take it anymore. Interesting to see the media squirming and spinning all of the violence at the moment. Chaos is back. Buckle up.

I am concerned that we do not have the imaginative abilities to realize how bad our situation is. Normal is dead. Whatever comes next will not resemble anything we know.

So, we are not supposed to talk about the worldwide demographic collapse, I assume, since no one is talking about it. We are entering a brand new age where there will not be enough workers or consumers to keep the machine working. Hence both immigration and the AI of craze.

If you are living through a smart phone, you are a pawn in someone else's game, and you cannot win because you are a piece on the board, not a player of the game.

Advertising is the creation of artificial needs. I boycott all advertised products to the best of my ability. Then my needs are less mediated by the corporate world. I am freer and happier that way.

Scamistocracy: rule by ripoff artists. America 2.0.

I see the eductated part of America is still trapped in disbelief at the election. My advice is get over it. Everything we know about America ends in January. It is time to move beyond disbelief and denial, and face the reality of what is coming.

I must admit, the response to the assassination of the United Health Care CEO is actually chilling. If this displays the relationship between the filthy rich and the people... Yikes. The rich should be very nervous.

So, my new computer arrived, but I haven't opened the box yet. But is it a even new thing? I have two other computers, actually, five if you count ones I don't use anymore. The new one doesn't do anything new. So I'm just re-buying the same thing over and over. How do people get excited by that?

What is the opposite of philosophy? Philo = lover, Sophia = knowledge. Philosophy is the "love of knowledge". The closest I have found is "Misology" which breaks down as a hater of reason and enlightenment. But that doesn't feel like the opposite of philosophy to me. What is better?

Anti-establishment candidates win. The system is so obviously broken that running from within the establishment will fail from now onwards.

We have two problems. We have over 8 Billion people on earth. 1- we burn 175% of earth's natural resources every year already. 2- we (in the industrial west) have had a massive drop in birth rate, which means there are not enough workers & consumers to sustain our economies. Rock meets hard place.
