The IOPC today published its report into the mishandling of the Hillsborough disaster. 12 police officers would have faced gross misconduct cases if they were still serving, but none will face disciplinary proceedings because they have all retired.

The second day of the Judicial Review for Palestine Action's unprecedented proscription is ongoing in the High Court.

Today, the Home Office's legal counsel respond to submissions by counsel for PA's co-founder Huda Ammori. Final submissions will be made on Tuesday.
