Was great to interview Mahmoud Muna, co-owner of the Educational Bookshop earlier this year. His bookshop has been raided twice by Israeli police in a worrying crackdown on free expression: www.indexoncensorship.org/2025/04/mahm...

An overlooked impact of war is the psychological trauma that can leave survivors - including children - speechless. Join us at the Frontline Club for a discussion on how the wars in #Gaza and #Ukraine are leaving the most vulnerable without a voice:

A shocking & important piece by @katiedd.bsky.social on the continued discrimination of #Roma women. #InternationalRomaniDay.
Under Soviet rule, #Roma women were subjected to forced sterilisation. Today, they still face discrimination. On #InternationalRomaniDay, read @katiedd.bsky.social's powerful piece on the ongoing violations of #Roma women’s reproductive rights:

Yesterday we stood outside the Embassy of Belarus demanding the release of all political prisoners. And in case they didn't get the message, we left them a nice colourful display to greet them this morning!
Yesterday, we gathered outside the Embassy of #Belarus with a clear demand for #Lukashenka’s regime:

▪️Release all political prisoners
▪️End state violence
▪️Restore democracy in Belarus

We paid tribute to those who continue to pay the price for simply demanding freedom. Thanks to all who joined us.
