Due to an issue in Panel Room Three (Broadway 1 and 2) the rest of the programming scheduled in that room tonight has been re-located to Gateway Ballroom 5

As a reminder, Gateway Furmeet is sharing the space with a wedding. From about 3:45PM to 4:20PM tonight, the wedding party will be utilizing the up escalator and will have priority. During this time, please use the stairs located across from Broadway to access the upper area.

If you were hoping to set up in the Artist's Alley today we still have plenty of slots open! slots are $20. Please see staff at the entrance to the Alley to sign up. Be sure to bring your registration ID, and your EIN/Federal Tax ID number.

Update! You can have your fursuits with you, they just ask you do not the wear the head while in a bar area. You can also check your fursuit head at the bellhop stand before entering!

For those parking at the hotel there was a miscommunication. You need to check into your hotel room first to get the discounted parking rate and then they will direct you where to go once you ask for parking.
