@zwiftrides.bsky.social Final Baseline workout, 10 mins hard effort then came off a bit till the top of the hill. Wasn't sure whether or not to do the 2 long sprints, so had a stab at them anyway. End result 14w increase on my FTP. Wonder how long the email final will take? 👍🏻
