Thank you to all the newspapers, magazines, as well as bloggers and others who have reviewed The Boy from the Sea. The novel is out now in Ireland, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. It will be released in Canada in April 2025 and the USA in May 2025. Translations are upcoming too.

Tomorrow we'll have a visitor to the Seamus Heaney Centre; Japanese artist Shiro Masuyama will be bringing his Borderline Project Caravan. You can visit the caravan anytime from 11am in Marie Heaney Square (next to the SHC). Shiro will discuss it and some of his other work in the SHC at 3pm.

Thank you readers. It is wonderful to see The Boy from the Sea reach number 1 in British and Irish Historical Literature. When I was writing the novel it was a big and useful step to realise that I could think of the story as historical literature, that the 1970s were enough of another country.
