I’ll always advocate for anyone to really try different methods to better their mental health, whether it be meds, therapy, etc.

The best thing I’ve done thus far for my mental health is get on antidepressants. I was literally raw dogging life, losing my mind literally & now I feel so much more at peace about life & wayyyy more positive lol.
