CFL Commissioner Stewart Johnston has explicitly said that US expansion isn’t on the table, that they are hearing from Canadian possibilities, and that going to 4 downs isn’t happening.

I've never seen a team with a bigger gap between the quality of their primary uniform and all of their secondary uniforms than the Rams.
