Cyclical time is more real than linear time but linear time provides a type of thought that enhances material gain.

The present is the only thing that exists. The past and future are abstractions created by the mind. The mind is too simple to understand the truth.

Thoughts, thinking, contemplating, debating. Are they simply delay mechanisms to prevent action?

I have always had a strong internal voice and previously considered this to be a strength. I have used it to produce material gains but it has also convinced me to not pursue opportunities that in hindsight I should have taken and could have potentially achieved.

I am starting to become convinced that the mind is not separate from the body but that the mind is a physical aspect of the body with the mind-body being distinct from the self.
