Soft, cakey apple butter snicker doodles... I am now realizing I didn't make anything for summer but I did not want to turn my oven on in the heatwave lol.

I didn't get a chance to go to any pride events this month which made me sad so I made some funfetti cookies as a little celebration for myself :')

Flavorful carrot cake cookies for Easter

Ramadan/birthday ma'amoul cookies for a friend. Rose water is surprisingly hard to find but I prevailed. I combined date and pistachio paste for the filling, which turned out great.

Minty cookies for St. Patrick's Day. Chocolate thin mints I'd like to turn into gold coin cookies, and matcha mint "shamrock" cookies. I don't have any clover cookie cutters yet so I used my korok cutters instead, which turned out very cute.

Still tweaking my naturally colored red velvet cookies, came out more pink than last time.
