Maybe it’d be different if I had nieces or nephews or a husband/kids of my own but that’ll never happen so oh well 🥲
I feel like as I’ve gotten older and lost family the holidays just seem emptier/less special than they did as a kid.

You know what makes me irrationally upset? People that mumble when leaving a voicemail. Can barely make out their name, can’t decipher the address they’re giving me, “uhhhmm”-ing through what they’re asking for. Like damn speak up! 🗣️
