@youngbill.bsky.social one for you on old kit that never gave up, my Dads Herdwick jumper. He bought this in the mid 70s for mountain days. He wore it or took it for every trip. It's been to Scotland, the Alps, North America, Samaria Gorge, Balkans Yorkshire Dales, Lakes District+more good miles!

It's been a long, but absolutely brilliant day with Sophie Gaines , Harry Gaines and Frankie. Natural history museum, and some of the sites, changing of the guard and finished off with a lovely Italian meal. Didn't want it to end, but we're all shattered 😁
