The name "GaijinPot" comes from "gaijin," meaning "foreigner" in Japanese, who come to Japan forming a “melting pot” of various nationalities. Initially a simple job board, GaijinPot grew, moving to Tokyo in 2001, and now serves over 6 million users as the top job board for foreigners in Japan. 2/3
