As a guy that doesn't follow comics my deepest desire for the absolute series of comics is that the heroes never win and that they keep the message that however bleak things are and however many times evil wins fighting it is still worth it

This is one of my hotter takes, but I think the global far right depends so heavily on the image of strength and has such a pathetic real policy agenda (which mostly boils down to "what if we set the economy on fire") that moderating is the worst path available

Overall it has more good in mass but loses good in density, it keeps to roughly the same formula and tries to expand and refine it
