So recently, I got to check out the new line 7 extension to Quartiere Adriano (on 2 seperate occasions)
It's kinda non descript, as it's the standard "metrotranvia" design used else where, but at least it had PIS screens (unlike earlier stops on the line).
Also there is a loo for the driver

But this one, at Sesto Marelli M1 only has the timetable stuck to the shelter and no sign at all
