I love painting miniatures and am making it everyone else’s problem
So, I got rid of the chest plate and replaced the helmet with a much simpler design. I wanted "scifi machine technician" and lost the plot, although the base model will be used for a video game the more overdesigned variants will be used elsewhere.

Just beat the remasters for soul reaver 1 & 2 and I really recommend it if you like puzzle platformers and goth vibes. The behind the scenes content is really interesting too as you really see how much they had to cut to make the games ship.

Agrax earthshade gets such a nice matte finish over army painter glossy tones. The Hand of the Magus is coming along really well and I decided to add a pop of blue in all the earth tones to add some visual interest.

I’m really struggling with designing the minis for my scifi game. I wanted to make everyone look like civilian militias and automated workers but I keep ending up making more professional looking soldiers. I’m going to step away from it for a bit and come back with fresh eyes.

Note to self, do the test model before starting the whole army! I’m really happy with how he turned out but doing white and yellow is a pain. I’m only doing one combat patrol like this so I’m going to keep with this paintscheme.

Finished my Brood Scum for Necromunda, it was my first attempt at nonmetalic metal and I went way to bright way too early in the process. I’m going to be listing these guys with my Malstrains on Ebay since I’m already working on so many Genestealer cult projects.

Just waiting for the texture paste to dry then I can finish the bases and my combat patrol is ready to get on the table! This is honestly the fastest I have ever painted something like this and I am mostly happy with the result.

Got a layer of runelord brass on my Death Guard and I think I’ll focus them down before new years. I also primed my new Silver Bayonet forces with wolf grey from army painter, I ran out of ultramarines blue so my french have an accidental zenithal highlight.

Got the Maggot Lords combat patrol for christmas and spent the whole day building it! Now to get a game of 10th edition in before it’s over.

Michigan got a bit of a heatwave today so I took the opportunity to get some priming done! Used the last bits of primer in my old rattle cans but I got my #Bloodbowl #Killteam #Necomunda #Warhammer40k and #Konflikt47 all done!
