It's probably a good thing that humans didn't exist alongside dinosaurs, but it's definitely a good thing that I specifically didn't exist alongside dinosaurs, because I would undoubtedly try to domesticate a juvenile triceratops.

Mother's day is hard. Every company that I've ever given my email to has sent me emails about Mother's day deals, and it makes me sad bc my mom is dead. Big shout out to Calm for doing this.

I'm currently crosstapering antidepressants, so I've been a bit bummed as of late. However, today I was listening to music and Panacea for the Poison by Flobots came on, and I remembered that Brer Rabbit gives great hugs, so maybe life is worth living.

I would like to follow this up with Doechii's new album is really good and I like it a lot, and the song in question (Anxiety) is probably my favorite, actually.
I've officially reached the age where they're using samples from songs of my childhood in pop music. Doechii is gonna make me have a quarter life crisis.

Sometimes, when I have a bad day, I'll watch YouTube videos of people exploring small Kansas towns and exclaim "Wow that's so cool! I wanna visit there!" and it's like, a town with a Casey's and one building on the historical register.
One thing about me? I think small Kansas towns are so cool despite not being a fan of living in rural environments.

God really nerfed me by giving me trauma surrounding being sick and also giving me a medical condition that causes me to get sick every 3-4 months.

I ran 6 miles today (two threes with a two minute walking interval) and that’s the best distance I’ve gotten since injury became part of my picture so if you need some inspo this morning know that Mr. Tendinitis and Plantar Fasciitis is with the grace of God and effort finding a way
