I'm breathing a small sigh of relief today
I'm thankful that our marriage remains protected, but it's unfortunate that we had to go to a lawyer and get all of our affairs in order to prepare for the worst.
I won't celebrate SCOTUS for this. But I will celebrate having one less thing to worry about

Completed 19 of my 20 book goal for the year so I thought I would winddown the year with “107 Days” by Vice President Kamala Harris. 😐 It’s a great way to make your blood boil on the 3 1/2 years of the Biden Admin. I still can’t believe we are living in this timeline not once but twice. 😤

In all seriousness, please be kind to yourselves. I know how easy it is to love on other people what you hate on yourself. Show yourself some of that love and be kind to yourself, especially in a world that feels like hate is rising. Don’t add to that hate by putting it on yourself 💛💛

When my world is feeling heavy or I’m feeling on the verge of overwhelm, my go to is to put something good out in the world. Hoping I can brighten someone else’s day in return brightens mine. Closest thing I can provide to a hug via the internet.
