It’s so interesting to see that white cabbage doesn’t shrink during boiling, while spinach shrinks considerably. The former looks just more formidable on the plate (for the same 250 grams they sell in our shops).

It’s so interesting to see that white cabbage doesn’t shrink during boiling, while spinach shrinks considerably. The former looks just more formidable on the plate (for the same 250 grams they sell in our shops).
