1. 基於美國的最新的國家戰略，其會逐步退出歐洲的軍事存在，恢復和俄羅斯的正常外交於經濟關係。
2. 俄羅斯重新融入世界經濟體系的誘惑比和中共合作的誘惑大得多，也就是說中共博弈籌碼遠不如前幾年。何況前幾年中共也什麼便宜都占不到。
3. 中共將限於更加絕望的戰略劣勢以及被核心經濟體排除在外和持續被懷疑的境遇。地緣政治與經濟雙敗。
4. 如果今年年初及時支持烏克蘭，與歐盟合作提供產能，甚至出兵練兵。美國的衰敗會更快。
