A fun sequence I've been working on and off over the past couple of months featuring two characters of mine, Jackie the fennec kitsune and Hamuera the sea otter.
While less transformative than my usual works, it's fun to see what can eventually come from doodles and random sketches.

TL/DR: Saw the physio, found potential causes to my issues. Scalene muscles in the neck. Seems like we're on the right track, and my own body proved it.

I haven't been able to draw since this, a slower start is an understatement.
My arm/shoulder/neck/upper back hasn't felt this bad in a long time. I may be out of action for a while.

The cow piece I posted is just one of several self-indulgent sketches I've made over the past few months.
In my pursuit to create more personal work, I've felt myself become bogged down with trying to finish larger projects, causing me to lose steam and stall in my drawing process.

After coming back from a 9 month break to battle burnout due to stress, the battle still continues. Expectations seem to never align with reality, and that's when things start to go wrong.
My weekly commission stream over at picarto.tv/Oter is changing to bi-weekly. Still happening today though!
