If you can, please contribute to this thread. This is an extremely important project for the sake of my self-worth and mental health.
So during my occupational therapy today, my therapist brought up the idea of a canvas where I write down positive adjectives of myself, and I'm thinking of an art project where I take everyone's positive thoughts about me and write it on an actual canvas.

This is a PSA for all content creators: Please, please, PLEASE add a content warning on anything that can be triggering for people. It doesn't matter what it is.
That's not to say it's ever the creator's fault for causing a reaction in someone, but it just helps to have that warning.

I also just keep chickening out when I wanna hit that "Go Live" button. It's like my hand gets frozen, shaking from anxiety.
