It's not really news and I know a lot more than many to give me a head start, but Microsoft and Windows are screwed. Installing Linux Mint on old, solid hardware, complete with howdy / win hello facial recognition... it's free, it just works and will do everything needed for most home users 🤷♂️

Honestly can't tell you how much I've used this tip from @tenpencearcade.bsky.social lately. Even if I'm a complete dope for not knowing about I'm happy with that because it's a game changer 😂 #3dprinting
Use a screw and washer on one side and let the screw force pull the nut into the hex counterbore. Wind it in with an Allen key.

Missed out on a really well looked after A600 today, the bay registered my bid too late so I missed out on a bargain, literally a mile down the road 😭 Saves me getting in trouble with the other half and it's not the A1200 I'm still after, but it would have been a nice pickup #amiga

Other than using heat set inserts, has anyone had success inserting M3 nuts into #3DPrint when tolerances are slightly off in the final print? Pliers are an option with force but that won't work in all situations. Are there any clever 3d printed tools/clamps etc that can be used? #3dprinting #maker
